What to expect with this course

Liminal Spaces are the transition times of life. Career change, retirement, empty nests, job change, faith shifts...invite us into a period of exploration, of surrender and rebirth, but we so often miss the opportunities in these times because we tend to go through them in a hurry or half-awake. Learn how to intentionally use these transitions as opportunities – to deeply connect with yourself. Liminal Space is a six-week, self-paced course on how to slow down, learn to be at home with yourself, and better navigate change.

Many of us naturally arrive at a time in life when we know we need to life differently. This recent year in the collective human experience clearly shows us that many are ready to do anything but return to “business as usual.” Whether you have something new ready to launch into the world, or simply know that you want to take some time and explore your options for the next phase of your life, you are in LIMINAL SPACE.

When I had a huge shift in my belief system, I searched and searched for something that would help me in the transition. I did not find much until I began looking within myself for what I truly needed to move forward. In my exploration process, I developed a daily meditation practice, built a soul connection with painting and photography and journaling, and cultivated shamanic practices for added guidance and direction. All of this is what I will be sharing in this course.

Liminal Space will help you awaken to the sacred thresholds of your life and teach you to navigate them with an open heart and mind. Exploring liminality helps you to slow down and connect to a treasure of innovative power and personal sovereignty. Module Topics and Preview

Module 1 - In Between There are Doors: Entering the caves, portals, and dimly lit doorways of the liminal is a full surrender to the quiet, to the unknown, to infinite possibility, to mystery, and to the calling of your own soul. 

Module 2 - Letting Go: Surrender is to trust and create a whole new way of being in the world. It requires tenderness, complete self-compassion, and honesty. 

Module 3 - Exploring your Commitment: Liminal space is not only about growth, outcome, and productivity, but also about fully living into life. 

Module 4 - Bridging the Divide: Slowing down and returning to conscious processing is important as we navigate the ethereal landscapes of the liminal in our lives. 

Module 5 - Revival: Within us are dormant seeds of unrealized potentialities. Now is the time to tend them – to breathe life into them.  

Module 6 - Sacred Crossings: We belong to a greater story; we belong to every threshold we cross. 

About Laura

Laura Waters is a Certified Transformation and Spiritual Coach. She has an additional certification in Shamanic Arts Coaching. She guides clients through life’s unknowns, shifts, and uncomfortable places with grace and ease by helping them practice presence and sovereignty. Laura likes going deep with clients who need a seasoned guide to help them through life’s challenges like transitions (aka liminal space) in career, home situation, relationships, and spiritual shifts. She integrates meditation, art, and shamanic journeying to help others listen to their own hearts. She has over a decade of higher education experience and over two decades in radical transformation. Laura understands how to integrate the dark with the light – using gritty life experiences to uncover more of a person’s innate light.
